2020 Was No One’s Favorite Year
The year 2020 will forever remain in history as the year everything changed. The pandemic broke out, and our whole lives were forever changed. The world suddenly came to a halt in March 2020, and lockdowns were announced in different countries. Most public places were shut down except for essential services, and our homes became our only refuge. Hugs and handshakes stopped, and the internet became our main way of connecting with one another.
If there really was a costume that represented the year 2020, it would be of the one pictured in the image above. From people losing their jobs to countries counting fatalities to family members who became stranded in foreign lands, 2020 is the year we all pray never to repeat.
