For The Keto-Crazed
In the year 1924, the Mayo Clinic’s Dr. Russell Wilder developed the Ketogenic diet as a treatment for epilepsy until the introduction of anticonvulsant medications. The Ketogenic diet was very popular throughout the 1920s and 1930s. It started regaining its popularity in the 1990s, and the interest has tripled in the last couple of years.
Over the past few years, the Keto diet craze has taken over a lot of people’s dietary habits; some people have even become addicted to anything Keto. The graphics above by wlamrat is to poke fun at those who are so committed to Keto that they wished their clothes and sanitary products were Keto, too.
