The Slap That Shook The World
Everyone was taken by surprise during the 94th Academy Awards when Will Smith walked up to the stage and hit Chris Rock after he had made a derogatory joke about Will’s wife, Jaden. The internet immediately went wild with comments over that incident. While some blamed Chris, others pointed accusing fingers at Will. Although all has been said and done, memes like this will keep this incident fresh in everyone’s minds.
The Kung-Fu Slap, as it is popularly called, has been made into T-shirt inscriptions on all kinds of surfaces and, as we see in the picture above, a toy action figure, in this case. Do note that we do not support violence of any kind nor promote it. That being said, sometimes humor is a way to get through a shocking incident.
